Becoming Empowered in your Career
& Life Choices
Have you ever felt that everyone else seems to be on track in their careers, except you? The reality is many are still trying to figure it all out, yet "career pain" is so often kept secret. With identity so tied to career and work, it's hard to accept career uncertainty. Where do you start when you're finally saying to yourself you're ready to make a better career & life choice? Many begin in the external world of resumes and job postings, yet, to make satisfying career & life choices, it's the internal world--who you are and what you want--that matters!
When you work with a CareerCycles Associate, we guide you through a Career & Life Clarification process. This is the first of two processes in becoming empowered in your career & life choices, and the result is a brief Career Statement that captures the essence of your present career clarity. Your Career Statement then acts like a compass in the second process, Intentional Exploration.
Powerful, engaging and fun, the CareerCycles experience empowers you to make career & life choices that make you feel confident and excited. It is a collaborative process between you--as the expert in your life experience--and, the CareerCycles Associate who is expert in the process.

TESTIMONIAL: "The most value I received was the coaching from Mark in areas of: 1) how to follow-up a resume submission 2) the realization that a resume needs to be adjusted to focus strengths to each individual job posting 3) always work on networking even if you are comfortable in a role as this will provide you with a wealth of contacts if your job situation changes. I have also come to the reality that a person in high-tech must continuously investigate and research the job market weekly/monthly to keep up to date on the trends." -John Steele, P.Eng.
