RESULTS
Completed “Career Sketch” ©, including 10+ self-awareness insights in the areas of your career D.A.T.A. (Desires, Abilities, Temperament, Assets)
List of career enrichment, external, volunteer, further education and other possibilities you’re curious about
Participants have a fun, engaging experience while tackling a serious topic
Participants will not only be clearer about who they are, but will also leave the workshop more focused and intentional about taking the next steps in their career journey.

2. 1:1 career coaching - first round (recommended to include a package of 1-5 sessions per participant for first and second rounds)

Resulting in a refined Career StatementTM that individuals will use like a compass in their Intentional Exploration process
3. Intentional Career Exploration – (½- or ¾-day session, ~2-8 weeks after Who You Are MATTERS!)
